Samsung plans to strike mobile market with 1GHz processors, fast memory and 5mp camera sensor. September 26th, 2009

There’s lot happening in the world at Samsung. Here is a quick data on what they are planning to roll out in the market in the next half decade.
1. Samsung is manufacturing two new 1GHz processors namely S5PC110 and S5PV210 which use ARM Cortex A8 and supports 30fps 1080p video playback. While S5PC110 is meant for mobiles, the later is for use in net books.
2. 64mb PRAM is going to ht the market in couple of years. This is advanced RAM and doesn’t lose the data in memory even if not saved under a power failure! The booting and shutdown imes get down tremendously with the use of these chips.
3. A 5 mega pixel camera chip – S5k4EA, is going to hit the streets soon that can shoot videos at 30 frames per second.
